We guarantee our workmanship. If you're unhappy with the results of your service, we’ll:

  • Return to assess and fix the issue at no extra cost, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

Our goal is to leave your gutters clean, functional, and safe.

💡 When Refunds Apply

Refunds or free corrections may be offered when:

  • The job was not completed as agreed

  • There is evidence of poor workmanship

  • You report the issue within 7 days of service

Please note that photos or a short explanation may help us respond faster.

🚫 When Refunds Don’t Apply

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Issues caused by weather or events after the job is completed

  • Hidden damage or gutter access issues not disclosed beforehand

  • A change of mind once the agreed work has been completed

We encourage clear communication before and during the job to avoid surprises.

You can contact us within 7 days of service by:

Include your name, the service address, date of service, and a brief description of the issue (photos help).

We aim to review all refund or return requests within 3 business days and will contact you with the next steps as soon as possible.
