Residential and commercial gutter cleaning
Gutter repairs and replacements
Downpipe clearing and minor roof drainage fixes All work is carried out by experienced professionals servicing areas across Wahroonga, Turramurra, Pymble, Killara, and surrounding North Shore suburbs.

Bookings & Cancellations

All services must be booked through our website, phone, or email.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or access issues.

Pricing & Payments

All pricing is discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Prices may vary depending on property size, gutter condition, access, and tree coverage.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, EFT, and online transfer. Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.

Access & Safety

The client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the property.
If access is restricted or unsafe, we may reschedule or charge a fee.
We follow Australian safety standards and may refuse service if a work area is deemed dangerous.

Service Guarantee

We stand by our workmanship. If you’re not satisfied with the service, we will:
Return to address the issue at no extra cost
Offer a refund where appropriate (see Refund Policy)
Requests must be made within 7 days of service completion.v

Liability

Gutter Clear Solutions is insured and takes every care during work. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing roof or gutter damage
Damage caused by weather conditions after service
Delays due to access issues or client scheduling conflicts
